My career began in the corporate world, leading teams in companies like McDonald's and Bristol-Myers. There I understood the importance of strategy, but also the importance of people.

Eventually, I decided to embark on my own path in the world of Real Estate. I founded a company that became a reference in the west of Puerto Rico. Rich. Since then, I have helped hundreds of individuals and families make important decisions about their wealth, their investments and their future.

Today, I operate under the name of Ivette Atlantica brand that represents everything I am: experience, commitment and passion to serve. In the last five years, I have sold more than 7 million dollars in propertiespositioning myself as a High Profile Realtor within the industry. My approach combines technical knowledge with tools such as Neurolinguistic Programming, Neurocoaching and NeuroSales to offer more than just a service: an experience of trust and results.
